Junior Quality Specialist (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer requirements, quality requirements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and project documentation.
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and traceability of production and inspection documentation.
  • Verify material certificates, welding consumable certificates, inspection reports, NDT reports, measurement reports, and assembly and painting documentation.
  • Compile and maintain documentation related to the production of steel structures, welding, assembly, shot blasting, and painting.
  • Ensure that quality documentation complies with customer requirements, project specifications, and applicable standards.
  • Monitor documentation status and identify missing or incomplete records.
  • Cooperate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, and Project Management departments to obtain the required documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits as well as customer inspections.
  • Prepare quality reports and documentation progress summaries.
  • Update procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
  • Participate in root cause analysis of non-conformities and the implementation of improvement actions.
  • Support the maintenance and development of the ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System.

Requirements:

  • Technical secondary education or higher.
  • Initial work experience or internships in Quality, Production, or Engineering.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of EN 1090 and ISO 3834 standards.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Basic knowledge of NDT methods and steel structure manufacturing processes.
