Financial Plant Controller (f/m/x)
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and analyze production costs.
- Analyze production labor hours and workforce efficiency.
- Monitor warehouse operations and inventory management processes.
- Prepare profitability analyses for various production processes.
- Support and actively participate in ERP system implementation projects.
- Develop and maintain production reports and management analyses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production controlling.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting.
- Experience in standard cost calculation.
- Ability to analyze material cost variances.
- Good knowledge of production KPIs and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, particularly in relation to production data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX is considered an advantage.
