Quality Engineer (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor product and process quality at all stages of the production process.
  • Perform quality inspections and support the final acceptance process for finished products.
  • Analyze non-conformities and participate in identifying the root causes of quality issues.
  • Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation, procedures, and quality records.
  • Analyze quality data and prepare reports on key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support customer inspections and audits.
  • Ensure compliance of products and processes with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality-related projects.
  • Promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering, quality management, production, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of quality management systems and quality assurance principles.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Spanish will be considered an advantage.
