Quality Engineer (m/f/x)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor product and process quality at all stages of the production process.
- Perform quality inspections and support the final acceptance process for finished products.
- Analyze non-conformities and participate in identifying the root causes of quality issues.
- Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation, procedures, and quality records.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports on key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Support customer inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance of products and processes with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality-related projects.
- Promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization.
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering, quality management, production, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems and quality assurance principles.
- Communicative level of English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Spanish will be considered an advantage.
